The 2011 Cadillac SRX is not one of the model's best. This definitely has to be a software issue cause all the hardware is working fine, SRX no longer has warranty so Dealer is out of the question. I did the same as you at a cost of $400.00 and 18 months later both replacements LEDs no longer work.
